What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and from 10:00am until 5:00pm on Saturday.
When I store my vehicle with you, when can I access it?
With a 24 hour notice, you can access your vehicle or schedule to have your vehicle pulled out for departure.
Do you work on boats and RVs?
Of course! We're well-versed in providing care to a broad variety of vehicles.
How will you bill me?
When you're billed depends on what we provide for you, but we try to make paying your bill as convenient as possible. We offer online bill pay so you can pay from wherever you are.
Can I drop off my vehicle during off hours?
Certainly. We will provide you with a code to our drop box located outside of our building. Park your vehicle in our secure lot, place the key in the drop-box. Our storage associates will safely park your vehicle inside during our hours of operation.
Would I be able to work on my vehicle inside of the building?
Unfortunately, we do not allow our customers to work on their vehicles inside of the building. Due to liability issues and the safety of surrounding vehicles, we must park the vehicle outside of the building to allow this request.
My vehicle is currently not in working order. May I store my vehicle in this condition?
We strongly suggest that all vehicles are in operating status before entering our building. This reduces any issues with blocking other vehicles that need to exit the warehouse. Did we mention that we have a full service department? Let’s take a look!
Is Luxury Vehicle Care insured?
Luxury Vehicle Care is definitely insured! As well as our staff who will be moving your vehicles when needed. We do require that your vehicle is insured before signing our agreement for storing in our facility.
How do you keep my vehicle secure while it's being stored at your facility?
Most places that provide vehicle storage only provide outdoor parking spaces, but we go further! We offer interior storage for your vehicle that is temperature-controlled and equipped with security cameras.
